MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
HARRINGTON, District Judge.
This case is before this Court on a rehearing of the Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss the Plaintiffs’ Complaint. The Plaintiffs, Samuel and Teresa Deane, have brought this ease, pursuant to Title 18 U.S.C. § 1962(c), against the Defendants, Weyerhaeuser Mortgage Company (WMC), and “John Does 1-5,” whom the plaintiffs allege are WMC officers, because WMC added $75.00 to their mortgage balance.
