¶ 1. This is a review of a published decision of the court of appeals, reversing a judgment of the Milwaukee County Circuit Court, Jeffrey A. Kremers, Judge. Milwaukee Reg'l Med. Ctr., Inc. v. City of Wauwatosa, 2006 WI App 139, 295 Wis. 2d 211, 720 N.W.2d 161. The court of appeals reversed a judgment that the Milwaukee Regional Medical Center, Inc. (MRMC) was entitled to a property tax exemption under Wis. Stat. § 70.11(2)1 for land that MRMC leases from Milwaukee County (the County) as well as the day care facility that MRMC built on the land.
