The instant case is now before this Court following the second portion of a bifurcated bench trial. After the first bench trial on the issue of liability, the Court determined that defendant Whittaker Corporation, third-party defendant Claude Boles, and the plaintiffs’ decedents each bore a degree of responsibility for the disappearance of the Sea Mar III and its crew, 692 F.Supp. 734 (W.D.Mich.1987).
