The present application concerns the distribution of the proceeds of the sale of the real estate of the defendants. The property was sold by virtue of two executions issued out of this court, one at the instance of the complainant and the other at the suit of S. Walter Morris. The sale was permitted under an order directing that the proceeds of the sale should be paid into *198court, for the purpose of its proper distribution, after the claimants thereto should be heard..
