Defendants St. Louis Air Cargo Services, Inc., and K.C. Air Cargo Services, Inc., appeal the district court’s judgment in favor of Plaintiff Ellers, Oakley, Chester & Rike, Inc., (Ellers, Oakley), on its claims for quantum meruit relief.1 Ellers, Oakley, Chester & Rike, Inc. v.
