MEMORANDUM OPINION
DAVIS, District Judge.
Presently before the Court are plaintiffs motion for class certification (Doc. No. 7), defendants’ brief in opposition (Doc. No. 20), *134and plaintiffs reply thereto (Doc. No. 21). For the following reasons, this Court grants plaintiffs motion.
I. Factual and Procedural History
