Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Blumenfeld, J.), rendered July 31, 2006, convicting him of burglary in the second degree and burglary in the third degree, upon a juiy verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Contrary to the defendant’s contention, he was not denied his right to a speedy trial (see CPL 30.30; People v Robinson, 47 AD3d 847 [2008]; People v Green, 31 AD3d 1048 [2006]; People v Williams, 244 AD2d 587 [1997]).
