Isaac Pethtel brought a chancery suit in the circuit court of *521Pleasants County against. James W. Williamson and others to enforce a judgment in his favor against Williamson against land ■which Williamson had conveyed to Brooks and Brooks had conveyed to Williamson's wife, and to set aside as fraudulent the conveyances of Williamson to Brooks and of Brooks to Williamson's wife.
