Ricardo Morales was found guilty of trafficking methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and possession of marijuana (more than one ounce), 1 in connection with drugs found in a residence he had been visiting. Morales appeals following the denial of his motion for new trial, contending that the evidence was insufficient to sustain his convictions, and that he received ineffective assistance of counsel.
