In this proceeding for a judicial settlement of his account, the executor seeks a construction of decedent’s last will and testament. The clause of the will in question reads as follows:

“ Fourth. I give, devise and bequeath to my said wife, Jessie Ives the use, benefit and enjoyment of all the rest, residue and remainder of my property of every manner, kind and description, to have and to hold the same and the rents, incomes and profits therefrom for and during her natural lifetime.
