MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION TO REMAND
GADOLA, District Judge.
The above-entitled case arises from the sale of various food products which allegedly contained the listeria bacterium. Plaintiffs have filed a class action complaint alleging that various persons consumed the contaminated foods resulting in “severe illness” from food poisoning and/or listeriosis.
