This litigation arose in consequence of an application made by one Harry Robinson, doing business as Robinson Transportation Company, of Lander, Wyoming, hereinafter usually referred to as the “applicant”, to the Public Service Commission of the State of Wyoming, subsequently herein designated as the “Commission”.
