This action originated before the Missouri Public Service Commission upon the application of Hugh L. Mitchell, doing business as Sunset Stages, for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to operate intrastate as a passenger-carrying motor carrier over a regular route from Cape Girardeau, Missouri, over U. S. Highways Nos. 61 and 43 to Lutesville, Missouri and return. After due notice had been given all interested parties, a hearing was held by the Commission at which the respondent herein, F. H.
