The defendant, Joe Irvine, was charged by information, in the county court of Seminole county, with the unlawful possession of intoxicating liquors, was tried, convicted and sentenced to pay a fine of $500, and to serve a sentence of six months in jail, and has appealed.

The first question presented by the record is that the court erred in overruling the motion for continuance presented in this case.
