delivered the opinion of the court.

Appellants prosecute this appeal to reverse the-judgment of the circuit court of Peoria county, approving the final report of Henry L. Duffield, administrator of the estate of Henry A. Duffield, deceased, and overruling the objections of appellants thereto.

The principal ground urged in this court for a reversal of said judgment is that the court erred in failing to hold that the purported claim of appellant for $3,907.01 had been allowed by the probate court and in failing to order its payment by said administrator in so far as the…
