Appellant, executrix of the estate of Alva C. Austin, deceased, appeals from an order of the circuit court of Cook county denying her petition to reclassify a claim of appellee, City Bank of Milwaukee, for $1,870.87, filed against the estate in the probate court of Cook county, on March 31, 1930. On June 9, 1930, it was allowed in the sum of $2,770.07, as a sixth class claim. On February 28, 1935, a verified petition in behalf of the executrix was filed in the probate court.
