This is a proceeding on the petition of Frank Jacobs to procure the revocation of the probate of the last will and testament of John R. Jacobs, deceased, heretofore probated in this court. The will referred to was admitted to probate by decree of this court on the 8th day of February, 1910. This proceeding is brought under section 2647 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
