This diversity suit is brought by American Fletcher Mortgage Company (American Fletcher), an Indiana corporation which is seeking damages resulting from alleged breaches of contracts entered into for the acquisition, development, construction, and financing of The Woods Condominiums (Woods) in east Cobb County, Georgia.
