This is a suit involving the collection of a sum of money in this Island which was ordered to be paid by a judgment by default rendered by the clerk of a court of the State of New York, United States of America.

The complaint was filed by Sharp Paper & Specialty Co., Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York, with its domicile in the city of the same name, against Graspar Fernández, a resident of San Juan, Puerto Rico.
