The plaintiff, a New York corporation, sues the defendant, a South Carolina corporation, for infringement of a copyright of a musical composition entitled “Kiss Me Again.” This song was composed by Henry Blossom, and the music by Victor Herbert, and their rights were duly assigned to plaintiff. It was written on the theme of “If I Were on the Stage,” from the comic opera “Mile.
