Malcolm Edwards 'and Augusta Edwards, his wife, appellees, brought an action for deceit against Bradley K. Purdum, the Hamilton Real Estate Company, Inc., C. Edgar Wood, and the Orange Home, Inc., the appellants, and recovered against the four appellants a judgment of $1,526.15.
