This appeal is from a decree which contains the following recitals: “On this day come the plaintiffs, Central Bank of Little Rock, and O. C. Kavanaugh, trustee, by their solicitors, Snodgress & Snodgress, and comes the defendant, O. W. Downtain, by his solicitor, George M. LeCroy, and announce ready for trial.
