THIBODEAUX, Chief Judge.

| T Charles Cutler appeals the trial court’s judgment granting an Exception of Insufficiency of Service of Process and dismissing his personal injury suit against the State of Louisiana, Department of Public Safety and Corrections, following a vehicular accident. We affirm the trial court’s judgment.
