—In an action to foreclose a mortgage, the defendant Neildan Construction Corp. appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Weiner, J.), dated April 12, 1993, which denied its motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
