In an action, inter alia, to compel specific performance of an option to purchase certain real property, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Christ, J.), entered March 23, 1989, as denied that branch of its motion which was for partial summary judgment on the issue of liability.

Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, with costs, that branch of the plaintiff’s motion which was for partial summary judgment is granted, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Nassau County, for a trial on the…
