The plaintiff-appellant administrator, 1 asserting diversity of citizenship of the parties and that “the amount of plaintiff’s claim is in excess of the jurisdictional amount provided by Statute”, brought action in the District Court against the defendant-appellee, Dorothy Turreff Fultz.
