WALLER, Circuit Judge.

The appellee Columbus and Greenville Railway Company, operates a railroad from Columbus, Mississippi, to Greenville in the same state, a distance of 168 miles. It also has a certificate from the Mississippi Public Service Commission authorizing it to transport commodities from Greenville, Mississippi, to Grace and Glen Allen, Mississippi, and points between, as a common carrier for hire by motor vehicle.
