Michael Day appeals the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief. Mr. Day pled guilty to the class C felony of possession of a controlled substance, under section 195.202, RSMo 2000; 1 the class D felony of endangering the welfare of a child, under section 568.045; and the class B felony of the manufacture of methamphetamine, a controlled substance, under 195.211, and was sentenced to concurrent terms of seven, five, and ten years, respectively.
