MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

DORSEY, District Judge.

Petitioner seeks a writ of habeas corpus, 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Jurisdiction is founded on 28 U.S.C. § 2241. Petitioner was charged with murder, Conn.Gen.Stat. § 53a-54a, and was convicted after a jury trial.
