—In an action, inter alia, for the imposition of a constructive trust, the plaintiff appeals from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Nastasi, J.), entered September 14, 1995, which, inter alia, granted the defendants’ motion to dismiss the complaint, and (2) an amended judgment of the same court dated October 18, 1995, which, inter alia, is in favor of the defendants and against the plaintiff.
