OPINION
SUE WALKER, Justice.
I. Introduction
A jury found Appellant Christopher Beau Harris (“Harris”) guilty of two counts of sexual assault and assessed his punishment for each count at eight years’ confinement and a $4,000 fine. The trial court ordered the sentences served concurrently. In three points on appeal, Harris contends that the trial court violated his state and federal constitutional right to a fair trial by allowing the State to ask improper commitment questions during voir dire, by permitting the testimony of a witness who had violated “the Rule,” and by overruling his objections…
