I. INTRODUCTION

This matter comes before the court on the United States of America’s motion to dismiss and summarily deny Petitioners Kevin Fisher and Carrie Fisher’s (“Fishers”) amended petition to quash third-party summonses (Dkt. # 5). The Fishers have not filed a response to the motion. 1 Having reviewed the motion, as well as all papers filed in support and the balance of the record, and deeming oral argument unnecessary, the court GRANTS the motion (Dkt. # 5) and directs the Clerk to DISMISS this action with prejudice and to enter judgment in favor of…
