By this bill the complainants ask that the defendants be restrained from the violation of certain covenants and restrictions affecting the lands of the parties. The particular restriction which the complainants in their bill of complaint allege the defendants to have violated reads as follows:

"That there shall be but one dwelling house erected upon each lot and that the same shall not be placed within thirty-five feet from the curb line on the front of the lot, and that said dwelling house shall cost not less than Three Thousand Dollars, nor shall there be any public garage nor stores of any…
