The bankruptcy case underlying the above-captioned appeal involves a Plan of Reorganization (the “Plan”) approved by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Columbia (“Bankruptcy Court”) in In re The Greater Southeast Community Hospital Foundation, Inc., et al, Case No. 99-01159.
