Plaintiff, a passenger on defendant’s common carrier bus, instituted this action to recover for personal injuries. A jury awarded her a verdict for $2,000, upon which judgment was entered. Motion for new trial was overruled and defendant appealed to this court. Assignments of error are substantially that (1) the trial court erred in giving instruction No. 9; (2) that the verdict is contrary to law, not sustained by the evidence, and excessive; and (3) that the trial court erred in its refusal to grant a new trial on the ground of newly discovered evidence.
