LANDRY, Judge.
This is an action for declaratory judgment instituted by Mr. and Mrs. Lenus A. Giroir, against the heirs of the late Benjamin Dumesnil, seeking plaintiffs’ recognition as owners of certain real property purchased from Marie Boudreaux Dumesnil, widow of the aforenamed decedent, who allegedly acquired same as universal legatee under the last will and testament of her said deceased spouse.
