HAMITER, Justice.

Presented for interpretation by this controversy are certain clauses in the olographic last will and testament, dated March 2, 1937, of Mrs. Anna Margaret Gay Price, who left at her death a highly solvent estate valued at approximately one and one-half million dollars and consisting of assets located in the States of Louisiana, Missouri, Illinois and Tennessee.

No rights of forced heirs are involved, decedent’s only heirs at law being numerous collateral relations.
