Appeal by the defendants, Sol Cohen and another, from a judgment of the Supreme Court in favor of the plaintiff, entered in the office of the clerk of the county of New York on the 30th day of March, 1922, upon the verdict of a jury rendered by direction of the court, and also from an order entered in said clerk’s office on the 29th day of March, 1922, denying defendants’ motion for a new trial made upon the minutes.

Merrell, J.:
This action was brought by the plaintiff, Berkshire Cotton Manufacturing Company, to recover of the defendants, Sol Cohen and Siegel Cohen, the sum of $20,553.37, the purchase price of a quantity of cotton goods which the plaintiff in its complaint alleges it sold and delivered to defendants at defendants’ request for the agreed price and reasonable value of said sum.
