Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme *483Court, Queens County (Aloise, J.), rendered July 27, 2005, convicting him of rape in the first degree, assault in the second degree, sexual abuse in the first degree (two counts), and unlawful imprisonment in the first degree, after a nonjury trial, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
