The Ambassador Holding Company, hereafter called holding company for brevity, was a corporation operated and managed by William A. Walters who held all the stock except the necessary qualifying shares issued to the two other officers. In 1922 the holding company purchased a tract of land at the intersection of Franklin avenue and Third avenue south in the city of Minneapolis upon which it erected a large apartment building at a cost of about $500,000.
