Judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County (Bernheim, J.) entered November 25, 1980 unanimously modified, on the law, to the extent of reversing the determination dismissing, at the close of plaintiff’s case, the first and second causes of action against defendant Century Factors, Inc., and dismissing the first cause of action against defendant Kent Company, Inc., and remanding these causes for retrial, with costs.
