OPINION

SIMANDLE, District Judge:

This case clearly illustrates that an attorney, sued by his former client for legal malpractice, cannot ignore his obligations to his ex-client or to the Court. This matter is presently before the Court on two motions by Plaintiff Abdus Salaam Malik (“Plaintiff’) for default judgment pursuant to Rule 55(b)(2), Fed.R.Civ.P., against Defendant Lewis Hannah (“Defendant Hannah”) [Docket Items 78 and 85], who has failed to file an answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiffs complaint and amended complaints over four years of litigation and despite multiple Court…
