Justice ROACH.

I. INTRODUCTION

This is an appeal of a jury verdict in a personal injury action that was brought by Appellant, Amanda Baker, against Appel-lee, Theresa Kammerer. At trial, Baker *293was not permitted to cross-examine Hope Frost, an investigator employed by Kam-merer’s insurance carrier, about possible bias stemming from her employment. The Court of Appeals affirmed the trial court. Because we hold that the trial court abused its discretion in limiting the cross-examination of Frost, we hereby reverse.
