Per Curiam,

Petition for writ of habeas corpus. The relator was tried and found guilty in the court of Oyer and Terminer of Philadelphia County on two indictments charging robbery; the one, No. 859 March Term, 1930 charging robbery from the person of Mark Huffnagle, the other No. 860 March term, 1930, charging robbery from the person of Albert Gillen. He was sentenced, March 31, 1930, on indictment No. 859 to imprisonment at labor in the Eastern Penitentiary for not less than five years nor more than ten years; and the same sentence was imposed on indictment No. 860, to take effect at the…
