The Court of Appeals held that the search of defendant’s automobile by Cleveland Police Officer Thomas Schraf and the seizure of articles admitted in evidence during his trial for aggravated burglary were *207unreasonable and in violation of defendant’s right to be secure against unreasonable searches and seizures under the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution and the provisions of Section 14, Article I of the Constitution of Ohio.*
