Appellees, D. W. Garrett and wiife, filed their bill in the chancery court of Lawrence county against appellants, C. G. Pierce and wife, to cancel and set aside a deed theretofore executed by appellees to appellant C. C. Pierce, by which appellees conveyed to appellant G. G. Pierce their home in Lawrence county, consisting of one hundred eighty-nine acres of land.
