Appellant, as defendant in the court below, prosecutes this appeal from an order overruling a demurrer to the bill of complaint exhibited by appellee T. H. Spencer, seeking to reform a deed executed by Carrie T. Spencer, the mother of the parties hereto, whereby certain lands were conveyed to the appellee and in which there is an alleged mistake.
