The Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) has sued Stephen B. Pence for alleged securities laws violations arising from his activities in 2009 and 2010 in connection with two entities: PSQ, LLC (“PSQ”) and General Employment Enterprises, Inc. (“GEE”). See Complaint, filed Sept. 9, 2015 (Docket # 1) (“Compl.”), ¶¶ 1-9. Pence now moves this Court for an Order authorizing substituted service of a subpoena ad testifi-candum on Michael A.
