Martha Carol Staton (hereinafter “Mrs. Staton”), appeals from an order entered June 30, 2004, by the Circuit Court of Raleigh County. By that order, the circuit court reversed the portion of an order of the family court that awarded Mrs. Staton an equitable share of Stephen Edward Staton’s (hereinafter “Mr. Staton”) police disability pension.
