Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Clinton County (McGill, J.), entered November 6, 1998, *819which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 10, to adjudicate respondent’s child to be abused and neglected.

On April 16, 1992, respondent was adjudicated to have neglected three daughters by failing to protect them from the perpetration of sexual abuse by her then boyfriend.
